Copyedits

Hi there. Welp, I just filled a request filed at WP:GOCE/REQ for a copyedit of this article.

I used Template:Cite book and Template: Cite web to improve the reference formatting. I still wont't say they're perfect, but I think they are now more in line with standard references.
In copyediting the main text, I noticed a couple of statements that were unclear to me, so I added the "clarify" tag to the end of them. I hope you'll reword the statements, then remove the tag. If you think they make sense as they are and I've just goofed, please just remove the tag.
As a minor note, I am an American, so if I've added any Americanisms accidentally please do feel free to remove them.
